Why it works

FeeCentral’s Compliance with NAR Settlement
FeeCentral is fully aligned with the NAR settlement requirements,
ensuring that its operations are legally sound:

● Settlement Scope:

The restriction on creating off-MLS compensation mechanisms applies solely to NAR, not to individual agents or brokers (Paragraph 58(v)).

● Agent Requirements:

Agents are obligated to comply only with specific settlement provisions (Paragraphs 58(vi)-(x)), thereby permitting the use of off-MLS platforms like FeeCentral.

● Emphasis on Transparency:

The settlement, alongside major franchise agreements, promotes transparency in compensation sharing, a practice that FeeCentral actively supports.

Compliance Practices:

FeeCentral does not utilize MLS data or feeds.
The platform does not allow users to search or filter listings by compensation or other home criteria (e.g., price, square footage, number of bedrooms), distinguishing it from an MLS.
FeeCentral receives data directly from seller/listing agents who wish to share their offers with buyer’s agents.
FeeCentral operates independently of NAR, its affiliates, and any MLS organizations.
